Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Coordinator to manage employee
onboarding and support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new employees and respond to general HR inquiries
Enter and monitor employee data in the HRIS and maintain employee
files
Assist with offboarding and process improvements within the People
Team
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and
employees
Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the business
Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
