Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect,
ITSM/CSM (Remote East/Central Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of delivery projects, including conducting
demos and gathering client requirements
Design solutions to maximize value while minimizing technical
debt
Assign work to technical consultants and review their work
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
At least 7 years of experience as an administrator of the
ServiceNow platform
Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules
Experience with the ITIL framework
Strong JavaScript development skills
