Job Description:

A company is looking for an Employee Records Specialist to support HR services in processing employee data changes and maintaining employee master files.



Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry of Workday transactions and process personnel changes based on customer input
Review and proofread employee data transactions for accuracy and assist in maintaining employment files
Support internal and external customer requests and coordinate with Government Security Investigators for records checks


Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in a specialized HR capacity supporting internal customers
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Demonstrated skills in utilizing business software applications and learning new applications quickly
A minimum of a High School diploma with 4+ years of general business experience
Ability to understand and complete complex retroactive processing
