Position: FOH Lead / Expo
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Shift Availability: Thursday - Saturdays currently, Sundays to be added in the coming weeks.
Position Overview: As a FOH Lead at Lovely's, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment where your skills, organization, and expertise will be put to the test.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  
• Assist with daily checklists to ensure a smooth service.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
    
  • 1 year in a leadership or management role.
    
  • Critical thinking/ problem solving skills.
    
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
    
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    
  • Ability to delegate as well as take direction.
