Job SummaryThe Produce Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience in the Produce department. This involves maintaining a clean and attractive display of fresh produce, assisting with inventory management, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals.Key Responsibilities

• Produce Display and Maintenance: Ensure that the produce display is visually appealing and well-stocked, with fresh produce facing forward and out-of-date products removed.
• Inventory Management: Assist with periodic inventory checks and communicate with buyers and team leaders about any discrepancies or issues.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Sales and Merchandising: Maximize sales potential by effectively merchandising produce and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Retail Experience: Not required, but preferred
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and organized shopping environmentWorking Conditions
    • Standing and Walking: 6-8 hours per day
    • Lifting and Carrying: Up to 50 pounds
