Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scripted phone interviews to gather and verify business
information
Enter collected data into the company's database using basic
computer skills
Maintain high quality and meet production standards while working
independently
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Call Center or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently from home
Experience in accurately entering information based on phone
conversations
