The Male Room is an upscale men's salon in downtown Santa Rosa. We provide our clientele with high end customer service in hair cutting, styling and beard trimming. We are seeking experienced barbers and hair stylists to join our team of highly motivated and successful independent contractors. Requirements: Ability to execute different hair styles from skin fades to longer, all-scissor cuts Meticulous and detail-oriented work Warm and welcoming customer service approach Mature and professional attitude Current barber or cosmetology license and general liability insurance Benefits to working at The Male Room: As an independent contractor, you have control over your schedule, pricing and timing. Our in-house education and business coaching helps you build a successful chair. Rent is percentage-based so you make money as you grow your clientele. Online scheduling, marketing, and advertising are included. It's a fun place to work! We have amazing clients and a really positive, upbeat vibe.
