Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter III to underwrite
residential mortgage loan packages.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze credit and collateral documents to make timely
underwriting decisions
Ensure compliance with company and GSE guidelines for each loan
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive
relationships with lenders and internal teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience
3 years of customer-facing, full file credit and collateral
decision-making experience
Proficiency in underwriting to GSE standards
Experience working remotely is beneficial
