The Facility Foreman performs hands-on operations and supervises plant activities, including drum pumping, drum dumping, and tank farm operations. This role is physically demanding and operates under potentially adverse conditions such as extreme heat or cold year-round.

Swing Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Monday-Friday

Pay: $ 25.00

  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Ensures Health and Safety as the #1 priority by following policies and procedures
  • Performs plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, and truck offloading/loading
  • Supervises multiple employees in plant operations
  • Operates forklifts as needed
  • Maintains accurate waste tracking paperwork
  • Ensures compliance with Health and Safety standards
  • Maintains a clean work environment
    
    Qualifications
    
    Qualifications:
    
    
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of industry-related or hazardous waste experience (preferred)
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
    • Experience in plant operations (drum pumping, tank farm, wastewater treatment, etc.)
