Job Description:

Business Intelligence Analyst (Ref:101)
Work closely with SSIs Human Resource and Finance team to figure out workforce metrics and actively participate in the workstream planning process.

• Develop and review work plans and manage workflow to meet timeframes.
  
• Participate in the project management estimation process (20%).
  
• Gather and analyze stakeholders' business data, validate and interpret their business requirements to determine optimum business intelligence solutions to meet their needs.
  
• Implement and manage business intelligence systems and tools, consisting of data collection systems, relevant databases, data warehousing strategy, and data analytics that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality for use in analyzing data.
  
• Organize and interpret business data using querying techniques and data management systems.
  
• Advise management and clients on how business intelligence processes, practices, and technologies play a critical role in improving business management and optimization.
  
• Identify and provide input on new technology opportunities that will have an impact on enterprise-wide business intelligence systems (65%).
  
• Recommend standards, policies, and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems (10%).
  
• Review industry trends for new business intelligence data modeling, tools, and systems enhancement (5%).
  
  Minimum Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  Minimum Experience: One (1) year.
