- Promotes and restores patients health by developing day-to-day
management and long-term planning of the patient care area;
directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and
multidisciplinary professional staffs; providing physical and
psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
- Accomplishes nursing human resource objectives by selecting,
orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling,
and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations;

- Job Requirements
- Must have ACLS & BLS certifications, these must be attached to
the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association);
RQI certifications will not be accepted.
- Must have CA RN license, must be attached to resume.
- Must have 2 years recent OR RN Supervisor experience in a
hospital setting.
