Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager with 8+ years of
relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead contract administration and ensure compliance with FAR and
company policies
Negotiate and review contracts, including NDAs, teaming agreements,
and prime contracts
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to support
business growth and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in contracts management, specifically
supporting Federal contracts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of FAR, DFARs, and various contract types
Demonstrated experience with a portfolio of 20+ Federal contract
engagements
US citizenship
