Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Account Manager to engage with
clients and enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and understand
their needs
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
deals
Collaborate with various teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
and implement strategic roadmaps
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent
experience
2-3 years of experience in a B2B Account Management role selling IT
solutions
Basic understanding of IT solutions, preferably cloud
technology
Experience with software tools such as AutoTask CRM and Microsoft
365
Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track
record of meeting sales targets
