lead select promotional marketing activities for an exciting new
product candidate, a first in class HER2 targeted bispecific agent
with a near term development program in biliary cancer and
gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.The SPM will manage several
cross-functional teams working on key tactical projects/workstreams
with a specific focus on Omnichannel marketing. The SPM will serve
as an important member of the expanding Oncology Business Unit and
the GI marketing team. The candidate will help drive product
adoption within FDA-approved indications by developing strategic
and tactical marketing plans. The candidate will also assist, when
needed, on marketing initiatives across the oncology portfolio.
This individual will be responsible for setting tactical plans and
implementing plans per relevant regulatory guidelines and Jazz
policies and values.Essential FunctionsThis individual will:
- Take a central role in pull-through of pre and post-launch
strategies
- Prioritize, develop and implement promotional and disease
education tactics that help establish the value of the product with
our customers and contribute to achieving annual sales and share
targets
- Lead omnichannel marketing efforts and partner closely with the
media agency to execute on the omnichannel marketing plan
- Help manage several key vendors, including a primary ad agency
to maintain and improve upon an effective promotional platform
geared towards Oncologists and other key customers
- Establish a strong relationship with the sales team and other
field-based commercial teams to ensure optimal execution
- Serve as the primary lead for a broad range of marketing
tactics including print and digital promotions
- Collaborate with other marketers to support an integrated
marketing plan for the Oncology business unit
- Manage and enhance relationships with many critical functions
within the organization, thought leaders, and strategic business
partners
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand complex markets,
disease states, competitive landscapes and relevant market and
managed care dynamics
- Ensure strategic and tactical plans meet compliance and
regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Ensure projects are managed to budget and collaborate with
finance partners as necessaryRequired Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities
- 5+ years of marketing (or related commercial) experience in the
biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Launch experience is preferred
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- Oncology experience is preferred
- Sales experience is preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrated
cross-functional collaboration
- Must demonstrate good judgement and evidence of good
analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking, planning, and
project management skills.
- Approximately 30-50% travel is required.Required/Preferred
Education and Licenses
- Bachelor's Degree (life sciences or a related discipline a
plus)

to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to
provide employees with total compensation packages that are market
competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range
is: $132,000.00 - $198,000.00Individual compensation paid within
this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications,
skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent
factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation
aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within
the established pay framework and our Total Compensation
philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence
individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a
regular basis.At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total
compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible
for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation
(depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the
Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as
well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long
