Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temp Implementation Manager to lead
client implementations and ensure successful program launches.
Key Responsibilities
Own the onboarding of Enterprise and Mid-Market B2B clients to
programs and platforms
Project manage multiple work streams and maintain overall project
ownership and deliverables
Manage client relationships through the implementation process and
30 days post-launch
Required Qualifications
3+ years in Implementation Management, Customer Success, Project
Management, or similar roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships to
drive engagement
Empathetic and positive attitude with a desire to help clients
achieve their goals
Results-driven mentality and a proactive approach to learning
