• Address issues related to production equipment (including 6-axis robots, PLCs, vision systems, and high-speed chains), as well as equipment management and maintenance.
• Lead technical improvement projects for equipment.
• Compile and update equipment management documentation and develop maintenance standards.
• Perform technical analysis and statistical tracking of equipment failures and incidents.
• Oversee the planning and management of equipment spare parts.
• Provide training and skills enhancement for equipment technicians.Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics, or Automation.
• Familiarity with automated equipment such as CCD screw machines, robots, dispensing machines, and packing machines.
• Over 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management.
• Proficiency in relevant 3D/2D software such as Pro/E and AutoCAD; knowledge of general PLC hardware and software principles.
• Understanding of the structure and principles of key equipment.
• Ability to perform electrical maintenance and repairs on production line equipment.
